Of course if someone posts something on her blogs that she doesn't like, she can simply delete it. This way people are encouraged to do their best because they don't want their salesman deleted - they want as many as they can get! But it gets even better...

Because of the technology behind blogs they are easily syndicated, meaning that other web sites can use the blogs to feed content to their websites - in other words, your one salesman could end up on multiple web sites even though you only put him on one!
